Recently, Insomniac founder Pasquale Rotella shared on Instagram Live some important details and updates on EDC Las Vegas. This comes in light just after he announced that the world-famous music festival will continue as scheduled for now. Headliners have been concerned as to whether it will take place due to the coronavirus pandemic. Many festivals such as Ultra Music Festival and Coachella have either been canceled or postponed due to the sickness. Therefore, attendees are worried that EDC will be affected.

Pasquale Rotella Shares Updates on EDC Las Vegas 2020

According to the EDC Las Vegas page, these are the details Pasquale Rotella shared on his Instagram Live:

  • If EDC couldn’t happen, it would be “postponed.” Unfortunately, We are uncertain if it would be the kind postponement that Ultra pulled recently.
  • If postponed, refunds would be honored. Hotels would also allow 72 hours to refund after a postponement is announced.
  • In case of postponement, Insomniac would announce with enough time for Headliners to make proper travel/lodging alterations.
  • Pasquale Rotella has dates set for the possibility of a postponed EDC. Those dates have not been specified.
  • In addition, he has spoken with the governor of Nevada, the Mayor of Las Vegas, and hotel executives and they all want EDC to happen as scheduled.
  • Ultimately, EDC 2020 will take place as long as it is safe to happen.
