Lamar Odom's Condition Has Improved, Is Ready To Begin Physical Therapy

Doctor’s have told Lamar Odom’s friends and family that he will survive his near death experience but some of the damage done to his body will be permanent, and it will take many months of rehabilitation before he’s on the straight and narrow.

Since Lamar came out of his coma he was able to communicate with his kids, and is now breathing on his own without the use of a ventilator.

He remains on dialysis due to kidney failure and doctors are still running tests to determine if he has possible brain damage or other long-term effects stemming from his overdose.

It has been reported that throughout his rehabilitation process- which will include working with physical, speech and other therapists- his estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian will be by his side.
